IN ITS TIME Photography came about after a few unpaid photoshoots during the summer after my college graduation. I studied to become a teacher--that's my other job--but those photoshoots brought about a new-found passion for capturing love, life, and lots of smiles.
As a photographer, I believe in long grassy fields, hearty laughter, sunshine, trying new things, and never looking fake or forced. I believe in being yourself and I want you to tell your story, not me.
Aside from being a photographer, I'm a sister, writer, and lover of Jesus Christ. I believe in movie nights, braided hair, road trips, fresh-baked bread, and closets full of cardigans.
Oh, and I also believe in this thing called golden hour. That magical hour before sunset (and an hour after sunrise) where the world is, well, magical. The lighting is warm and its soft glow makes you stand out.
That said, I can't wait to capture life with you.
